This policy explains what personal information Custom Contigo collects when you use customcontigo.com or request a quote, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to this website and to the quote and order process that follows from it.

1. Who we are

Custom Contigo is a brand of Drive Marketing Group, LLC, an Oregon limited liability company located at 20475 SW Avery Ct, Tualatin, Oregon 97062. Drive Marketing Group, LLC is the business responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

2. Information you give us

When you request a quote or place an order, we collect:

  • Contact information: your first and last name, email address, phone number, and company or organization name.
  • Shipping information: street address, suite or floor, city, state, and ZIP code. For orders shipping to multiple destinations, the names and addresses of your recipients.
  • Order details: the products, colors, and quantities you select, your in-hands date, event or program name, and any notes you send us.
  • Artwork files: logos and artwork you upload or email to us for decoration, and any instructions about how they should be applied.
  • Correspondence: emails, call notes, and messages exchanged with our team about your project.

If you provide us with personal information about someone else (for example, the names and addresses of gift recipients), you confirm you have the authority to share it with us for that purpose.

3. Information collected automatically

When you visit this site, we and our analytics providers automatically collect:

  • IP address and approximate location derived from it
  • Browser type, device type, operating system, and screen size
  • Pages viewed, time on page, referring URL, and the links you click
  • The search terms or advertisement that brought you to the site

We collect this through cookies and similar technologies using Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Ads conversion tracking. We use it to understand which pages and products are useful, to measure the performance of our advertising, and to improve the site.

Your browser's privacy settings let you block or delete cookies, and most browsers offer a "Do Not Track" signal. You can opt out of Google Analytics specifically using Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, and manage personalized advertising at myadcenter.google.com. Blocking cookies may affect how parts of this site function.

4. How we use your information

We use personal information to:

  • Prepare and send you a quote, and answer your questions
  • Produce an artwork proof and decorate your order
  • Place orders with our suppliers and decorators and arrange shipping
  • Invoice you and collect payment
  • Provide customer service and handle returns and claims
  • Send you order-related email such as proofs, confirmations, and tracking
  • Measure and improve our website and advertising
  • Keep records required for tax, accounting, and legal purposes
  • Send marketing email about products and promotions, where you have not opted out

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop transactional email about an order in progress.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising in exchange for payment.

We share personal information only with parties that help us run the business:

  • Suppliers and decorators: the manufacturers and decoration facilities that produce your order receive the artwork and the details needed to make and label it.
  • Shipping carriers: UPS, FedEx, and freight carriers receive recipient names and addresses in order to deliver.
  • Technology providers: website hosting, email, analytics, and our customer and order management systems.
  • Professional advisors: accountants, auditors, and attorneys, where needed.
  • Legal and safety: where required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect our rights, property, or the safety of others.
  • Business transfers: if the business or its assets are sold or merged, customer information may transfer as part of that transaction.

6. Your artwork

Artwork and logos you send us are used solely to produce your order. We do not sell your artwork, license it, or supply it to any party other than the decorator producing your job.

We may photograph and display finished decorated products, including the decorated logo or artwork as it appears on the product, in our portfolio, on our websites, in sales materials, and on social media, as examples of our work.

7. Payment information

We do not collect credit card or bank account numbers through this website. No payment is taken at the time you submit a quote request. When an order is invoiced, payment is handled separately through our invoicing and payment processors, who process card data under their own security standards. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.

8. How long we keep it

We keep quote and order records, including contact details and artwork, for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations, generally seven years from the date of the transaction. Keeping artwork on file lets us reorder for you later without re-creating setup. Analytics data is retained on the schedule set in our Google Analytics property. You may ask us to delete your information sooner; see Section 9.

9. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under state privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act, the Oregon Consumer Privacy Act, the Colorado Privacy Act, and similar laws in other states. We extend the following rights to all U.S. residents, regardless of state:

  • Know and access: ask what personal information we hold about you and get a copy of it.
  • Correct: ask us to fix inaccurate information.
  • Delete: ask us to delete your information, subject to records we must keep for legal, tax, or accounting reasons, or to complete an order in progress.
  • Opt out of targeted advertising: ask us to stop using your information for targeted advertising.
  • Opt out of marketing: unsubscribe from marketing email at any time.
  • Non-discrimination: we will not deny you service, charge you a different price, or give you a lower level of service for exercising any of these rights.

To make a request, email workwithus@drivemg.com with the subject line "Privacy Request." We will verify your identity by confirming information we already hold (typically the email address associated with your quote or order) and respond within 45 days. If we need more time, we will tell you why.

An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with written proof of authorization. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our response; we will review the appeal and respond in writing.

10. Security

This website is served over HTTPS, and we restrict access to customer information to employees and suppliers who need it to do their jobs. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold.

11. Children

This is a business-to-business website and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Links to other websites

Our site may link to websites we do not operate, including manufacturer and supplier sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, and this policy does not apply to them.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when we do. If we make a material change in how we use your information, we will give notice on this site.
