customcontigo.com is operated by Drive Marketing Group, LLC, an Oregon limited liability company doing business as Custom Contigo, located at 20475 SW Avery Ct, Tualatin, Oregon 97062. In these terms, "we," "us," and "our" mean Drive Marketing Group, LLC, and "you" means the person or organization placing the order.
Prices shown on this website are estimates based on standard unit cost at the stated minimum quantity. They are not offers to sell at that price.
Submitting the form on this site sends us a quote request, not an order. It does not create a contract, reserve inventory, or commit you to buy.
After you submit a request, we send you a formal written quote with final pricing, including decoration charges, setup fees, freight, and any applicable tax. A binding order is formed only when you approve your artwork proof in writing, at which point we purchase materials and begin production.
Quoted prices are valid for 30 days unless the quote states otherwise. Pricing is subject to change based on supplier cost, product availability, decoration method, final quantity, and freight. Website pricing does not include decoration setup, shipping, or tax.
Each product has a minimum order quantity per design, stated on its product page: 48 units for most items, 24 units for some. Orders below the minimum may be possible; contact us and we will tell you what is available.
Standard pricing includes a one-color imprint. Additional imprint colors are $0.85 per unit, with a setup charge of $65 per color. Full-color printing and laser engraving are available on select items and are quoted separately.
Custom manufacturing runs may ship up to 5% over or under the quantity ordered, and you are invoiced only for the quantity shipped. If you need an exact count, say so in writing before production.
Pantone (PMS) colors are matched as closely as the substrate and decoration method allow. Exact color matches cannot be guaranteed, and minor variation in ink shade, dye lot, and imprint registration is normal and is not a defect.
You retain ownership of the logos, trademarks, and artwork you send us.
By sending us artwork, you represent and warrant that you own it or have the right to use it for the purpose you have asked us to use it, and that decorating it on the products you have ordered will not infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, right of publicity, or other rights.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from artwork you supply, including claims of infringement. We may decline to decorate any artwork at our discretion, including artwork we believe may infringe a third party's rights or that we consider offensive or unlawful.
We grant you no rights in the artwork files, color separations, screens, or digitized embroidery files we create to produce your order; those remain our property, though we will keep them on file so you can reorder.
Before production we provide a digital artwork proof showing how your decoration will be applied. Review it carefully. It is your responsibility to check spelling, layout, color, product selection, size, and quantity.
Approving a proof authorizes production and makes the order non-cancellable and non-refundable. Errors that appeared on an approved proof are not eligible for reprint, return, or refund. If you waive a proof to accelerate production, the order is not eligible for return or refund based on the appearance of the decoration.
You may cancel at no charge any time before you approve your proof. After proof approval, orders cannot be cancelled and you are responsible for all costs incurred.
Decorated goods are final sale. Full terms, including how we handle damaged, defective, misprinted, or short shipments, are in our Return & Refund Policy, which is part of these terms.
Production is 7–14 business days from proof approval, plus transit time. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier takes possession at our facility. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless we confirm a firm in-hands date in writing. Full terms are in our Shipping Policy, which is part of these terms.
Payment terms are stated on your quote and invoice. Unless we have extended credit terms to you in writing, payment is due before production begins or before shipment, as stated on your invoice. Past due balances may accrue interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum permitted by law, whichever is less. We may suspend production or shipment on accounts with past due balances.
We work to keep product descriptions, specifications, images, pricing, and availability accurate, but this site may contain errors or omissions, and product availability changes without notice. We reserve the right to correct errors and to cancel or decline any order arising from an error, including a pricing error, with a full refund of anything you have paid. Product images are representative; actual product color may vary with your display.
Contigo®, AUTOSEAL®, AUTOSPOUT®, SNAPSEAL™, AUTOPOP®, and THERMALOCK™ are trademarks or registered trademarks of Newell Brands. We are an authorized reseller of genuine, first-quality Contigo® products, which we custom-decorate in the United States. We are not Newell Brands and this site is not operated or endorsed by Newell Brands. All product names, logos, and brands referenced on this site are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.
The content, design, text, and graphics of this website are our property or used under license, and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.
We warrant that products will be free from material defects in materials and workmanship and will substantially match the approved proof. This warranty is stated in our Return & Refund Policy and is your exclusive remedy for defective goods.
Except as expressly stated, products and this website are provided "as is," and to the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost business, or costs arising from a missed event date, even if we have been advised of the possibility.
Some states do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing here limits any right you have under applicable consumer protection law.
We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including supplier shortages, manufacturing delays, labor disputes, carrier disruptions, severe weather, natural disasters, public health emergencies, or government action.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or an order will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Washington County, Oregon, and you and we consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
Before filing, we ask that you contact us so we can try to resolve the matter directly.
Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information and is part of these terms.
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign an order without our written consent. These terms, together with your written quote, the Return & Refund Policy, the Shipping Policy, and the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between us regarding your order.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on customcontigo.com at the time you place your order is the version that applies to that order.
